Creating your account

MLHub uses passwordless magic link sign-in — there is no password to create or remember.

1. Click Sign up or Log in in the top navigation.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Open the email we send you and click the magic link.
4. You are signed in. Finish your profile (username, bio, photo) from Edit Profile.

Finding your way around

• For You — articles from the categories you follow (popular categories until you pick your own).
• Explore — browse the latest and trending articles.
• Categories & tags — browse by topic (Python, Deep Learning, NLP and more).
• Series — multi-part tutorials you can follow in order.
• Search — find articles and authors by keyword.

Creating a new post

Posts are written in the 4-step Content Studio. Start with Write New Story on your Dashboard.

1. Write — add a title and compose your article in the rich text editor.
2. Preview — check exactly how readers will see it.
3. Options — featured image, category, tags and (optionally) a tutorial series.
4. Publish — publish under your own name, or under an organization (Premium).

Editor features

Drafts & editing

• Drafts are private — find them under My posts and continue any time.
• Editing a published post opens it as a draft; publishing your changes updates the article and increases its version number.
• Publish to an organization — Premium members can publish under an organization they belong to (see the Organizations chapter).

Your personalised feed

The For You page shows articles from the categories you follow. Until you choose some, it shows the most popular categories.

1. Open Manage Categories.
2. Follow the topics you care about.
3. Your For You feed (and your newsletter) now follow those topics.

While you read

• Dark mode — switch themes from the header at any time.
• Listen to articles — use the audio narrator on an article page; the paragraph being read is highlighted.
• Save for later — bookmark articles and organise them into collections under Saved posts.
• Reading history — your progress is tracked so you can pick up long articles where you left off, with reading stats.

Quick answers

Why can I only see part of an article?

Some articles are for Basic or Premium members. Upgrade to that plan (or higher) to read them in full.

Can I hide my reading history?

Yes — you can remove items and turn reading notifications off from the Reading history page.

Engaging with content

Following & notifications

• Follow authors from their profile to keep up with their new posts.
• Follow organizations for their team publications.
• Follow categories to shape your For You feed.
• The bell in the header shows your notifications; choose what you receive in notification settings.

Creating an organization

1. Go to Organizations and choose Create organization.
2. Add the name, tagline, description, logo and cover image.
3. Choose whether it is publicly listed, and whether people can apply to join or need an invitation.
4. Invite your team members.

Joining an organization

Use Search & join to find one and send a join request. An admin reviews it; once approved you appear as an active member.

Roles

• Owner — full control of the organization.
• Admin — manages members, join requests and settings.
• Editor — moderates content and manages contributors.
• Contributor — creates and edits content.
• Member — reads organization content.

Publishing as a team

In step 4 of the Content Studio, choose Publish to organization and pick one you are an approved, active member of. Organization admins can review submitted publications.

Subscribing

The MLHub newsletter is free for every signed-in member.

1. Open Newsletter preferences.
2. Turn the subscription on.
3. Pick how often you want it: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
4. Choose your topics in Manage Categories.
5. Save your preferences.

What's inside

• The top articles of the week on MLHub.
• Picks matched to your topics — or to the categories you have been reading lately.
• Estimated reading time for each article.
• A link to read each edition on the web.

Unsubscribing

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or switch the subscription off in your preferences.

In the dashboard

• Views over time and content performance.
• Published posts, drafts and recent activity in one place.
• Revenue and audience insights.
• Export your analytics data.

For readers

Every member gets personal reading stats on the Reading history page.

Your profile

From Edit Profile you can update:

• Profile photo and cover image.
• Name, username, bio and location.
• Your website link.

Notifications & email

• Choose which notifications you get in notification settings.
• Manage the newsletter in newsletter preferences.

Membership & billing

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan, update your payment method and download invoices from Subscription (paid plans).

Account management

• Email address — can't be changed yourself for security reasons; contact support for help.
• Deactivate your account — from Account settings → Danger Zone.
• Blocked users & profile privacy settings (coming soon)
