1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MLHub ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
MLHub is a blog platform that provides:
A platform for creating, publishing, and sharing content
User accounts and profile management
Community features including comments and interactions
Newsletter and notification services
API access for developers
Advertising and Paid Memberships
MLHub is supported by advertising. Visitors who are not logged in and members on the Free plan see ads served by Google AdSense. Basic, Premium and higher paid memberships are ad-free. Ads are provided by Google and its advertising partners; MLHub does not endorse the advertisers, products or services shown, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Content Guidelines
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it on our platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content:
Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Is not illegal, harmful, or offensive
Does not contain malicious code or spam
Complies with applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are prohibited:
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Violence, illegal activities, or harmful instructions
Spam, scams, or misleading information
Adult content or material inappropriate for minors
Copyright infringement or plagiarism
Private or confidential information of others
5. Intellectual Property
The platform's design, features, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on our platform
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We and our advertising partner Google use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising cookies for Free users and visitors; see Cookies and Tracking for details and how to opt out of personalized ads.
7. Platform Rules
To maintain a positive community, you agree not to:
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the platform's operation or performance
Use automated tools to scrape or access content
Impersonate others or provide false information
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination:
Your access to the platform will be revoked
Your content may be removed from public view
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes
You remain responsible for activities prior to termination
9. Disclaimers
MLHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we maintain commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards â including those described in our Content Protection Policy â to help protect content, accounts, and platform availability, no representation or warranty is made that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, or that such safeguards will prevent every instance of unauthorized access, copying, or misuse. We disclaim responsibility for user-generated content and the actions of third parties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MLHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be brought exclusively in, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
13. Changes to Terms, Services & Pricing
Subject to Change
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. In addition, MLHub reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services â including but not limited to membership plans and pricing, premium features, content tiers, the writing and publishing tools, earning rates, payout thresholds, creator tier requirements and benefits, and any other feature described on the platform â at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to communicate significant changes through the platform or via email, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice for routine adjustments to features, pricing, or benefits. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and services.
