Billing questions

Short answers to what people ask before subscribing.

Paid plans are billed once a year in USD through Stripe, our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. Depending on where you live, taxes may be added at checkout.
Yes. You can cancel from your subscription dashboard at any time. If you cancel at the end of your billing period, you keep member access until that date and won't be charged again. For any other billing question, contact us.
Yes. If you already have a paid subscription, plan changes are made from your subscription dashboard, so you're never billed for two plans at once.
Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. MLHub never sees or stores your full card number. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it at checkout.
Yes. Writing, publishing and earning are included with Basic and Premium. See how earnings work and how creator tiers progress.
No. Ads are shown only to visitors and Free accounts. Basic and Premium members read ad-free.
